- 1 star for CS prompt response to my “Where’s My Order?” request
UPS tracking showed Label Created but package not received for shipping until 10/21 when I actually received my order, which I was told by CS should have been delivered 10/19.

PROBLEM: The Hair Masques is UNDERWEIGHT by 1.03 ounces (4.9 oz).
The shampoo and conditioner show varying weights. Both are labeled as 8 oz. I put all 3 product weights in an email to CS on 10/25/24 about the weight discrepancies but as of today’s date 10/29, I haven’t received a response. I asked if I could just exchange the Hair Masque instead of the whole set since the order took so long to receive. I am almost out of products from my previous order and cannot wait another 2 weeks for the entire set to be received.

Since I haven’t received a response from CS, I will have to request an exchange or return of the whole set. Being underweight by 1.03 oz is a considerable amount of missing product.

Makes my hair smell and feel great.
